Pro Se Advisory Services LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales of digital products and services are final at the time of purchase.

Digital Guides & Kits

Our DIY guides and document kits are digital products delivered as instant downloads immediately after payment. Because these products can be accessed and used right away, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download link has been provided.

Service Fees & Deposits

Service fees, deposits, and retainers compensate for professional time and administrative work. Once work has begun on your matter, fees and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the services agreed to and are not refundable for canceled or incomplete work after preparation has started.

Problems With Your Order

If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download, contact us at info@proseadvisoryservices.com and we will provide a working copy or replacement link. This is a resolution of a delivery issue, not a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a completed digital purchase or a service already rendered does not constitute a valid return. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for products delivered and services performed.
